Frequently Asked Questions

Please find a list of our frequently asked questions, if you have a question that’s not listed feel free to email or call us

Answer: That depends on what facility you are using, online bookings each have their own limit.  If you want to book more horses than the system allows give us a call and we will see what we can do

Answer:  Main XC slots are 2hrs, Mini XC slots are 1.5hrs, All other facility slots are 1 hour.

Answer: Please see our ‘what to expect’ section. All riders must sign in at the hut before using any facilities

Answer: We have several options, when booking through the website, you have the option of card payment (Stripe), Paypal or to bring cash on the day.  If you are a phone booking you can still bring cash or pay by Paypal, or I can send a secure link to pay via a card (Zettle).  If you are holding a clinic or camp you will receive an invoice.

Answer: You do need to book, the easiest way to book is via our website,  however if you decide at the last minute that you want to pop and visit us you will need to phone on 07810 120 498 to book a slot.

Answer: Our courses are well maintained however sometimes you may cause or see some damage, please just make a note of the jump number, take a photo if possible, and let us know as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary repair

Answer:  We understand that loading a horse and traveling can make timings a bit difficult, we advise you to allow plenty of time as some of our facilities have back to back bookings.  You can arrive up to 30 minutes before your booking starts.  If you arrive too early you may have to wait until a member of staff arrives.  If you are going to be more than 30 minutes late please phone us to let us know

Answer: We open the gates around 30 minutes before the first booking and close 30 minutes after the last booking has finished. The earliest the gates are open is 7.30am and the latest we close them is 8.30pm.

Answer:  We keep our facilities well maintained however, horse riding is dangerous.  Accidents/falls do occasionally happen, and if they do we have a protocol in place.   We have first aiders on hand to help you should you need it.  Please ensure you are aware of our Emergency Information – available in the sign-in hut.

Answer: We have various camps during the summer, some of which are independant (not RC or PC) and therefore open to everyone.  Please see our calendar for Camps or contact us directly for more details.  If you would like to run your own camp then please call us.

Clinics are held regularly on site, again if you check our calendar you will see any upcoming clinics.  If you would like to run a clinic on site, please call us.
